The quotation is valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.

 

Standard Terms and Conditions

Part A: Payment Remarks

Payment shall be settled within 45 days upon completion of service. Any non-payment or late payment in connection to this quotation shall entitle PNL Company to charge the Client an overdue 10% administration fee. We accept payment by:

 

1. Cheque. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "PNL Company Ltd" and mailed to below address:

8C, Cheong Shing Industrial Building,

Kowloon, Hong Kong.

 

2. Bank Transfer. Payment can be made by using cheque deposit, e-banking service, or cash deposit. The Client should email the screenshot or photocopy of the transaction slip to info.pnlart@gmail.com

Part B: Reschedule Policy

10% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the reschedule is made after the quotation was signed.

20% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the reschedule is made 14 days before the actual event date.

50% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the reschedule is made 72 hours prior to the actual event time.

The event should be rescheduled within 3 months counting from the original date. (optional)

 

Part C: Cancellation Policy

30% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the cancellation is made after the quotation was signed.

50% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 14 days before the actual event date.

100% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged if the Client cancel the event 72 hours prior to the actual event time.

 

Part D: Related Policies

1. Venue Rental (Only applicable to venue rental from third party)

Venue rental fee is not refundable once the Client confirmed the quotation.

 

2. Equipment, shipping fee and additional cost (If any)

Equipment rental fee, shipping fee and related additional cost is not refundable once the Client confirmed the quotation.

 

3. Change of service content

Any extra costs arose for changed service content, venue, and number of participants should be bear by the Client.

 

4. Insurance Policy

Relevant insurance is not included in this contract. Further arrangement could be made if the Client requested.

 

5. Special Conditions

5.1 Adverse Weather Arrangement

If the Client reschedule the event due to adverse weather, reschedule charge will be waived. However, if the Client cancel the event due to weather factor (such as rainy day, tropical typhoon and rainstorm) and notify PNL Company Ltd 24 hours before the actual event time, 30% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged, otherwise PNL Company Ltd is entitled to charge full amount.

 

5.2 Force Majeure Arrangement

If the Client reschedule the event due to force majeure such as pandemic outbreak, government policy, or social anomaly, reschedule charge will be waived. If the Client cancel the event due to force majeure, 30% of the total confirmed quotation amount will be charged.

 

PNL Company Ltd reserves the right of final interpretation.

The Client and PNL Company Ltd hereby confirm, agree and accept this quotation and this Standard Terms and Conditions by completing and signing this quotation in the space provided herein below.
